2018 IAEAPE Annual Conference

The hotel group dates with the room block will be from Sunday 10/07/18 – Wednesday 10/10/18.  The hotel will extend this same rate two night pre & post the dates of our conference.

The group rate is $159.00 for single or double occupancy.  Includes complimentary breakfast and WiFi.

Ground transportation (Taxi) from the Minneapolis airport can be costly.  Super Shuttle appears to be about $14.00 - $15.00 each way.  Consider taking the Metro (Train) Blue Line from the Airport.  It leaves every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes to get downtown.  The downtown "Warehouse District" station is ½ block from the Embassy Suites Hotel.  The cost is just $2.00.


Our conferences are comprised of a small collection of 40-60 EAP professionals in education who gather to share their collective knowledge and gifts, learn, renew their energy and have lots of fun! They are a great way to learn more about our field, and cultivate the professional relationships that being a member of IAEAPE avails.

There are three steps that you will need to complete in order to sign up for the conference.
1.) Register.  Download and fill out the 2018 Conference Registration Form
2.) Pay.  The conference costs are as follows:
  • $300 for active IAEAPE members
  • $350 for non-members
  • $220 for students
  • Additional guest fee for the banquet is $60

You may also pay by sending a check (made payable to IAEAPE in US dollars) to our treasurer (see contact information below).  

The Scholarship Committee does distribute scholarships to members whose institutions are unable to provide adequate funds for professional development or meetings. Click here for more information.

3.) Send your information to our Treasurer.  Please include a completed copy of your 2018 Conference Registration Form along with your check payment (if not using PayPal).  Those who choose to pay with PayPal may email or snail mail a copy of their registration form alone to our treasurer.
